Course Description

Acting

This class is a daily rigorous, disciplined and exciting plunge in what it takes to become a dynamic performer, with a strong emphasis on physical and vocal expression, while preparing students for competitions and college.

• Students will hone their skills as performers of depth, transformation, and truth in a variety of acting styles.

• Students will be introduced, through a series of guest artists and visitors from the professional community, to the practical world of the performance scene in Los Angeles and beyond.

• Students will learn audition and interview techniques that will prepare them for real-world applications for college and the theatre.

Design

Professional Ensemble is about developing skills to be a working professional in the areas of design (costuming, public relations, etc.). We want to establish a community of collaboration where evidence of excellence is key to success. We will mentor you to make quality creative decisions you can be proud of.
